I think whoever gets it should take a leaf out of the George Gregan school of captaincy.
Forwards tired? Go and talk to the ref for two minutes.

Bad decision? Go and talk to the ref for two minutes.
Love or hate him he knew what captaincy and leadership was about and he knew when one or the other was needed.

I think Jamie Soward would be a great captain.
Dean young would do good also.
Definetely not Cooper i agree he is not very talkative.

I also think Del would do a good job if he wasnt a winger.
Perhaps bring him into the second row or lock.
He is a very big man and im sure he could play in those positions.
