Wasn't particularly impressed with either half. He may be copping it and in some sense it is warranted. When we did have good field position on Friday night he kicked it away on the second tackle, panicked and tried to over play his hand rather than build pressure or in the case of Mateo he double pumped everytime and still threw the pass when the defense had rushed up to the player he was looking to pass too.

The options of our halves were ordinary in the first...... our forwards sucked terribly in the second.

That sums that night up for we.

I wasnt overly impressed with the roosters first half. Some mistakes gave us decent field position but we never looked like scoring.

Second half, the forwards just turned it up.

The buck stops with Cayless, as the on field leader he has to motivate the troops more I think, most of the time you see finch giving it to the team but I think it should be the captains responsibility to lead by example.
