good to see order has been restored and that Nathan Cayless has already regained his starting spot in the kiwi side for the second Test, even though Paul Rauhihi is apparently available and is listed on the bench:

NZ name Bulls trio in Test side

Vainikolo lines up against the Aussies
New Zealand have named three Bradford Bulls in their team to face Australia in the second match of the Tri-Nations series at Loftus Road on Saturday.
Lesley Vainikolo and Logan Swann have been handed starting spots by coach Daniel Anderson, while Robbie Paul will start the game on the bench.

The Kangaroos have made four changes from the side which drew with Australia in the tournament opener in Auckland.

Cayless brothers Nathan and Jason start a Test together for the first time.

However, Bulls' Shontayne Hape misses out, despite a good season.

New Zealand must also do without second row Ali Lauitiiti.

The 25-year-old, who helped Leeds win the Super League Grand Final, has been given permission to visit relatives and will join the squad next week.

"It's something that was pre-arranged and we are happy to honour it," said team manager Gordon Gibbons.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
New Zealand: Brent Webb, Francis Meli, Nigel Vagana, Paul Whatuira, Lesley Vainikolo, Vinnie Anderson, Thomas Leuluai, Jason Cayless, Louis Anderson, Nathan Cayless, Ruben Wiki, Logan Swann, Sonny-Bill Williams.
Replacements: Robbie Paul, Roy Asotasi, David Kidwell, Paul Rauhihi.

is jason off contract at the end of 2005??

could be that micky v needs an extra huge season to get a contract....sure his money could be used to lure our captains brother back to where he belongs.

i hope he does....but i believe it will be more due to him playing for his next contract that will be the motivation.

I'm pretty sure Jay-Cay is contracted to the roosters until the end of 2006 I believe Caylo signed a 3 year extension which will see him here till the end of 2008.

I don't think Caylo's looking to leave for a little while yet. ;-)

You would be playing hard if you had done nothing this year and contract year is coming up. Just expect a few big games from him this year.

I'm happy for Caylo, and the fact that he gets to start with his brother Jason.

I'd love to see them both start for the Eels.

it may happen one day!

when a certain coach wouldn't be there ;-) and Nathens in the twilight of his career.

Infact I wouldn't put it past them finishing their career in England and being sold as as a package deal.

Who clarified this? Unless Jason said it, its not worth believing. Unless GAME FIRST did.

isn't it at least a "part" of the reason why at least 70% of players leave Parra???

I don't know???

you tell us TE???

well you, yourself just confirmed another player that left partly because of issues with BS, someone that i was not even aware really had a problem with Smith - and how many other players do we need to go back through to discuss their problems with BS

i would have thought it was pretty obvious to people who follow Parra with open ears, eyes and an open and objective mind......?????
