BUT Robinson does hate us.

How about the penalty for the "leg pull" on the Eels line? He was the POCKET REF and still blew his whistle.

The scrum at our end, we go the short side, so he calls out "SHORT SIDE" at the top of his lungs, and the Eels forwards break and go straight to the short side and our 2 on 1 is gone.

We get done for not being square, but they don't get done for playing the ball off the mark.

We get done for having a head where it shouldn't be, they can elbow us in the chin and it's fine.

I don't care about the second half. The game was won for the Eels by the 25 minute mark.

I don't think anyone has BLAMED the ref for the loss have they? Tonight I don't even think the ref made a difference at all. The only point I am making is that Robinson is bias against the sharks... maybe he doesn't mean it, I don't know.

vave is a pillow. Good luck in reggies next week. Those other front rowers were shit as well.
We gave away penalties because we were constantly on the back foot. In defence and attack.
Bakuya and Tautai were the best of a bad bunch.

I want to know why
1. We dont move up and wait for the runners to come to us.
2. We are so slow out of dummy half. Obviously on TV angle you cant see if Parra we offside, but they were more keen so good on them.
3. Kicking = poo
4. we dont use support play and players in motion. Robson looked liked Thirsty tonight. He had a runner on each side and had time. He is ordinary but looked great because of support runners.
5. Tupou has been ruined as defensive player and then looks as though he can barely catch.

Also Graham played like a lock tonight. f**k me. Move him there and try something else. We cant go any worse.
I dont reckon even the great Gallen could have helped that rabble tonight.

no. I didn't ask how we could have been competitive. I asked how can you be competitive while defending? There is a difference.

I think the first 15-20 minutes heavily influenced the tone for the rest of the match.

For the record, I wasn't actually expecting to win this game. But for it to degenerate like it did while our defense has been pretty good this year is disappointing. IMO there is a reason. I know what I watched and I'll stick by my opinions.

Their was a serious lack of trust out there tonight the 1st try was a simple as drawing in the a defender and hiting the hole runner on the outside which then resulted in their second try M . Wright getting caught out as he was trying to over compensate for the inside defender which was best as he had trust issues which leaves atkins a simple task of beating him on the outside shoulder 5 metres out.

Their is some SERIOUS issues that were exposed tonight. Mills and gordon under the high ball. Best and Wright densively. The ruck area.

We are a basket case and some of the recruitment that has already taken place is only going to increase these areas of concern next year. How will we be able to compete through the middle with basically the forward pack that was on show tonight?

Flanno has some serios issues to address and quickly.

Agree, but surely he was more effective and useful when he could run onto the ball and be used to bust the line. Its not going to happen this way.'

Mills was exposed, but its early days, wright tries and is enthusiastic only, The centres were always going to get smashed when they received the ball so slowly.

Lets hope that combination and preperation doesn;t occur again. We were uninterested

I think you will find my original question contained the word all. Not too many teams win games when all they are getting through is defense. 60 odd percent against us in the first half was enough to sink the ship.

Didn't get to watch it (lucky me), I was going out to dinner and just checked in before I went out. FTR I'm on the east side down near Tai Koo. OT, but how much better is the public transport here, than in Sydney!!

we all knew the ref was going to win this game for parramatta from 5 min in those watching could see the result. no wonder people are getting turned off the game. once again very lopsided and one-eyed refereeing and i don't support either team
