Personally, I think the centers are getting a complete bum steer because Graham and bird are just running to the edge and either holding onto it or passing it too late with no room.

And they do that because the options are shut down by the advancing defence.

And that is because the service from the halfback is so abysmally slow.

Centres are piss weak and a huge liability for us, but yep, can definitely blame Robbo's 5 second draw nobody and pass and Bird's absurd cross field crabbing for most of that

Beale scored 14 tries last year comes to sharks at 0 still

We kill try scoring centres, Inglis wouldnt score if he played centre for us

edge forwards need to play a bit tighter and straighten up their runs

if they do crab, centres need to cut back in rather than run an impossible 5m corridor with the winger

besides the point, centres need changing

feki, sauiluma, gagan, gordon are all worthy options

Blame them for the fact that they get the ball with 1m to spare? the wingers are over the sideline well before the centres are even a chance of getting the ball. Graham and Bird really ruin any width the team might enjoy.

How long has it been since a centre excelled at Cronulla? 15 years or so by my count. The structure we play gives them nothing. We have the slowest passing in the comp. Our second man plays (usually designed to create space for a centre or winger) can be timed with a sun dial. The regression in Grahams attacking game hampers the left centre. The right side gets limited ball and there is no structure that side anyway. Bird is a good runner of the ball but he is not going to give the centre much as he tends to take their space running across field.

By all means change the centres but I wouldn't expect any difference.

Let Gagan have a go in the centres.

My concern is there is no quality ball from Robson he delivers it so slow, and Graham cramps his outside backs

Frenzy.

Wade Graham. No better than Phil Bailey when it comes to getting in the road. Over rated plodder is Wade.

This.

It's hard to believe how far his form has regressed this year.

He's gotten so big I wonder if a move to the front row might be in order.

Boogs has been well down on form this year, but Graham is the next worst backrower this year.

Gallen clearly isn't moving to prop, so I'd move Graham there with Lewis on the left, Boogs on the right and Gallen at lock.
