seem to be decent crowds for the challenge cup this year. hopefully momentum continues through the semis

You’d imagine a hit this year with Catalan making the semis.

Not even for a plum all Lancashire clash like Wigan v saints or Warrington and even Leigh these days??

At best it’d draw 30-35k. And that crowd would be staggered so stadium would look empty at times.
better to hold then in two 20-25k stadiums nearer the clubs involved where they will look much better And create better atmosphere.

But we’ve done this for the past 20+ years and we have struggled to sellout these venues in both Lancashire and Yorkshire.

hell, we’ve even at times struggled to sellout stadiums of 15k like Leigh, Doncaster and Warrington etc.

I think Everton changes and spices things up in the short-term at least as it’s a new stadium in a different big city location that offers fans the chance to make a weekend of it in Liverpool with shopping and sightseeing etc something that Wigan or Bolton or Huddersfield doesn’t.

KR dealt the Ese Ese will though...3 man tackles eveytine on his back and got neutralised early

Like I already stated I’m glad my gambling days are behind me

it’s a shame this wasn’t a semi-final tie along with an all Lancashire clash in the other.

Ha ...I gave up gambling full stop in 2007 (made £50 on an in play bet in Kevin Peterson's innings and said that's it...end on a win)

looking Back at it the worst thing that could have happened was me winning over £100 on my first real bet of a £25 treble.

i won something like £150 and won again the following week something like £70 on a double and thought it was like this every week but it was all downhill after that!!!

Best just not to bother ....I find the fantasy team stuff for Super league (and soccer ) keep me excited enough!
