Think about a bloke like Ronnie. He has got to learn his trade outside J Moz, Dugan and now Chambers. Three rep players who can really help him develop into a centre which is where he and the club want him to be.

Any time something goes our way Chambers let's anyone not in a Sharks Jersey know all about it.
He might not be the best player out there but he plays the mental/mind games as good as anyone you will ever see.

Chambers is a must retain commodity. The backline is very young and need a mentor. Even Hynes has limited NRL games behind him. He doesn't have to brilliant. He doesn't have to play 24 games a year. He just has to be around.

Especially important now as we are fully stocked with young indigenous guys.

Ramien, Kennedy, Hynes, Trindall. These guys do best when they have mentors who know the path they followed. Throw in Wadeo, Feefs and Watson if he still comes and we will be well represented with fellas.

Could be another in the mix as well.
