Smith is a very interesting bowler.
Too many of the balls he bowled were complete rubbish, but he mixed that up with several balls that were unplayable and unreadable.
I think he can really turn into our next spin king - all he needs to do is to get rid of the rubbish deliveries, and maybe get the good ones on the stumps, because the batsmen weren't good enough to get near them when he got the flight, dip and spin happening.

he is still only 20 and he's a very good batsman as well. Warnie rates him as a spinner but I think Warnie needs to spend some time with him as well.

I just hope he doesn't get pidgeon holed as a 20/20 layer as he doesn't play many 4 day games or FRC games for NSW

Hes a work in progress, Jenner said he needs 5 years before reaching his full potential.

They said that about Dan Cullen.

Fact is he needs to spin the damn ball, right now he is bowling straight breaks and like Cameron White his best ball is his variation. I do agree he is a work in progress, in fact I hope he gets there as I rate him as a batsman quite highly!

As Twiz said he is 20,still plenty of time for him to improve.I hope they don't pick him to early, NSW are bringing him along nicely there's no rush.
