Having already beaten Delhi we would only need to beat one of Cape Cobras or Bangalore to advance and given they are both reliant on 1 man it wont be impossible

Well played this morning from the Victorians. Great to see that fat sh*t Hodge carry his bat for a well made 44 no. :lol:. Australia would be so much better without Victorian land being considered as part of Australia.

Hodge did all that was required... winning the game was irrelevant.

Once we got to 84 nothing else mattered because we were going into the 2nd stage with 2pts for beating Delhi in the first game.

Ronnie McDonald came through with the goods though, I didn't know he had that in him.

Well considering 84 was all we needed, then 44* for batting the innings was perfect :roll:

No use trying to chase the whole total and risk being bowled out for under 84 when the result means nothing

Played exactly the type of innings needed

I do look forward to NSW losing a toss in the 2nd round

Yeah, 2/2 the vics lost the toss and had to bat 2nd.

Of all the games at Delhi's ground only VIC have won batting 2nd. (not including the eliminator over game which was a tie)

See that's the difference between the average teams and the good teams. Good teams would go out to win every game where as the average sides like victoria are happy to lose. It's a disgraceful attitude.

Exactly. They love their sport down there as long as its the sport that involves a bunch of pansies who skip around in their little sister's shorts and poofs throwing tizzes and kicking the ball into the crowd. Then their boyfriend gives them a big hug. Not to mention the hairdresser coming on at 3/4 Time with the hot rollers and gossimer for when they're all puffed out.
