The more I think about it the more disgusted I am at how India is being allowed to play by different rules... If NZ said nah we won't play in Pakistan, we wouldn't, but Sri Lanka would be in the tournament...

India should have forfeited themselves out the tournament no other country would have been able to pull that stunt.

It will be interesting next year in the T20WC in India & Sri Lanka if the agreement stays where Pakistan v India remains on neutral venue which will be in Sri Lanka

Thats what the deal was after this so Pakistan won't be travelling to India to play India or playing in India.

I reckon BCCI will backflip and flex there muscle over Pakistan.

Be quite unique playing India in Pakistan in a semi, id imagine the crowd support would be massive and awesome experience

Not sure why they cant up the security, fly India in on game day (or night before), fly them out after the match
India pay the extra costs. You would imagine security is pretty tight for the nations that are already there

Wonder what the Indian cricketers feel? Would they have no dramas playing in pakistan with added secuirty, or are they grateful they are not and never want to play there?

I don't think that even matters, they're playing every game in the same place - same conditions, same hotel, no travel etc - HUGE advantage

I like what Gideon Haigh said, "where does the 800 pound gorilla sit? wherever the hell it wants" sums up BCCI atm, would be great if someone beats them - I think NZ are probably as good a chance as any, but I don't really care who
