Unfortunately I doubt you'll get any response. I don't think anything will be done until the IC has been established.
Yeah probably, doesn't hirt to let them know what you think.
Here's what I wrote:

To Whom It May Concern:
Congratulations again on such poor coverage of the NATIONAL RUGBY LEAGUE by placing it on at 12:30am and 2:30am Saturday 12 March and not at on all on Sunday 13 March.
Id like to remind you that the NRL has the highest grossing TV viewers of any sport in the country, yet Channel 9 South Australia again fail to recognise this.
Your networks commitment to the sport of Rugby League has been absolutely pathetic in the past and it is extremely disappointing that you will continue to do this in 2011. In 2010 you showed one live game of Rugby League in South Australia, and only three more delayed telecasts that were scheduled before midnight. You are effectively hindering any chance of people who support the game to watch at a reasonable hour and ultimately stopping the NRL from attracting new fans to the game. Give people in South Australia a right to choose to watch NRL rather than making that choice for them.
I ask that Channel 9 South Australia reconsider its position on when NRL games are scheduled. I can assure you that there will be a lot of support for the live coverage on Friday night and 4pm coverage on a Sunday as is the case in New South Wales and Queensland.
If Channel 9 South Australia continues with their current scheduling of NRL games I will be looking forward to the sale of the NRL TV rights for 2012 2016 and I sincerely hope that Channel 9 misses out in favour of a network that will give the sport the coverage and time slot that it truly deserves.
