I was expecting this thread to be about Kenny Sutcliffe calling the Clive Churchill medal the Rothmans medal...or perhaps Rabbits pronunciation of WiddOP, or even the very limited coverage House Husbands got during the GF telecast.

It was pleasing to see one of the Madden brothers enter the arena wearing a Rabbitohs jersey.
Good to see a Souffs jersey on the field Grand Final day for the first time in decades, however brief it was.

Watched the replay on fox. Ten times better commentary and watching it in hd compared to shitty ch9 makes you realise how poor analogue picture is. Damn they didn't get simulcast rights!

It was a pretty sad effort from a network bragging about retaining the broadcast rights and being the home of rugby league.

Cutting to ads when the refs were getting the biting report. Rabs talking up their shitty American sitcoms during the biggest game of the year. Andrew Johns getting more halftime coverage than the actual game. Constant talk and highlights of the Swans on Wide World of Sports in the morning. A Current Affair trying to drag the game through the mud.
