Lockyer has a LONG way to go to go close to cleaning Freddy's boots. He's got even longer to clean Johns'.

Johns 1, Fittler 2, Langer 3 in the modern era (95 onwards). Lockyer is not in the same class and truly doubt he ever will be.

All time i rate Johns and Lewis equal number 1, Daley Stuart Fittler Langer Mortimer Sterling equal second.

Starting to agree with LOCKYER he only shines when the team he is playing with are dominant in every area. He does not have the grit and mental toughness of other 5/8"s. For instance I have never seen him in a "crunching tackle" highlight like what say WALLY LEWIS has done.

Just calm down a little, even though im as happy as you are that Johns was the better player. Shouldnt rub things in cuz they can and will come back to haunt you ;-).
