Pub > Triathlon. You've been training for these games since August.

The pub is an hour away from the venue. It actually works well this time though, I usually plan to leave for this race at around 4:30

The best bit of scheduling was in 2012 though - FA Cup final on the morning of the Ironman. There's no better race-morning prep than watching the Blues beat the scousers and lift a cup

Fifty-minute PB that day...

85 points to win it if Arsenal beat us - so first game we could win it will be Liverpool home.

83 to win it if we draw. Meaning we could win it at home to Palace.

82 to win it if we win next week, meaning we could win it against Leicester.

It's not done yet. Still lots of work to do. But we are close, and I am very confident now. The most we need is 3 wins from 6 games, and we should get that.

Nine...it's the magic number. :)

It will drop straight to three if we beat Arsenal - but for now it's nine. :p

José doesn't lose to Wenger though, so that's a moot point

I wouldn't be surprised to see Leicester grab a point to be honest. I reckon the Palace game is most likely

There's a nice pub next to the finish line at Port. So ideally I'll finish the Ironman by around 5:30, have a feed, watch the rest of my mates finish, head back to the hotel for a tub, and then head back to the pub for the 10:30 kickoff...
