Nah, nowhere near Liverpool level.

In six months time we could have either Guardiola or much better yet Jose Mourinho in charge, whilst you have a manager who was a failure in the Championship and had a couple of good years with Swansea.

Could be worse, they could be waiting for AVBs plan to kick in

I quite rate AVB to be fair and he's doing a pretty good job there at Spurs, considering how small of a club they are. I did think he should have went to either Valencia or Roma when they were offering him the job though.

In other former Portuguese Chelsea Manager news the Guardian's Dominic Fifield reckons there's a chance of a second coming of the Special One.

Can cross the league cup off the potential trophy list now..

And there was a classy incident with a ball boy as well it seems..

Bizzare incident

The ball boy can see Hazard there to collect the ball, so he jumps on it. Then he rolls around on the ground for two minutes Cristiano Ronaldo-style as if he's been shot...

Didn't something similar happen with Ben Arfa in the last round of the 11-12 season? But instead Tim Cahill got sent off for some reason?

Typical classy Chelski fan... It's the ball boy's fault Hazard kicked him in the ribs is it?

I was going to mention this. Cahill got sent for being aggressive towards Ben Arfa. Wasn't anywhere near as violent though, it was more of a shove.

Edit - Think it could have been Cabaye now that I think about it.

Cahill was standing up for the ballkid though IIRC. What did Ben Arfa do that was so bad? And was it comparable to Hazard?

It wasn't shown on TV but guys on forums were saying that the ballboy was up to grab the ball and Cabaye shoved him down to get at it first. The kid was only 10 and Cabaye didn't even get a yellow.

For the record he was very apologetic afterwards.

That's right, it was Cabaye. Cahill got into the altercation with Ben Arfa though.

Like Hazard, Cabaye should've been marched too. Push, kick - same thing really in the context of a ballkid altercation.

If he had've given the ball to Hazard like he was supposed to instead of diving on it, his ribs would have been nowhere near Hazard's boot

Obviously you're letting your hatred of Chelsea affect your perception again...

And you're obviously letting your love of your club affect your perception. How can you think it's ok to kick a teenager in the ribs?

He dived on the ball? looks to me like Hazard pushes him over onto the ball than kicks him for good measure.
