I DONT GET IT!!!!!

every year (since 09ish i think) Bec has done at least one article a year about how "this is the NRL's worst year in living memory", which was fair enough in 09.
But she writes the same article even if the worst thing to happen was Ben Barba choosing to go to rehab and David Smith getting a players name kind of wrong (he should get lessons from Ray Warren. This man knows how to get a name properly)
But she doesnt seem able to realise that the NRL become exponentially better behaved every year.
Its almost like she has the memory of an alcoholic........

Rebecca has a personal issue with me and with the Bulldogs Club. The issue with me extends back to the Sydney Olympics when she used to work for me at News Limited. She was suspended by News Limited for the period of the Games at the request of Lachlan Murdoch for several indiscretions.

Correct me if im wrong, but in the AFL you don't get sent from the field for throwing punches, you may receive a heavier suspension at the tribunal than the NRL judiciary, but you don't get sent from the field..

NFL you dont always get ejected.

NHL has a culture of fighting, although they tend to sit both members down for 5minutes.. thats how I think it should be in the NRL, 10minute sinbin is too severe, bring back the 5min sin bin for fighting, 10min for professional fouls in try scoring situations.

yup. Barry Hall didnt get sent from the field after smashing that bloke. I'm told AFL has still has no send off rule at all.

The media are still attacking the game? But I thought sin bins for punches, ban on the shoulder charge and strong punishment on players misbehaving off the field would improve the image of the game and get parents on board?
