To be honest, I can't even remember this game for us, but it sounds good. I've submitted my vote for ET.

Warriors v Manly, round 24, 1988
Following Manly's premiership triumph in 2008, Steve Menzies headed to England after 16 years with the Sea Eagles. His final game for Manly saw him equal Terry Lamb's record of 349 first-grade appearances. He scored a four-pointer for the 180th time after just 60 seconds on the field, moving to second place on the all-time tryscorers' list. He went on to claim the sixth hat-trick of his career - and to finish with 20 tries in a season for the third time.

North Sydney v Cronulla, round 24, 1999
A naturally gifted athlete, Andrew Ettingshausen played 328 first-grade games and scored 165 tries. ET was never the member of a premiership-winning side, but he represented New South Wales and Australia as he thrilled fans for 18 years with his marvellous attacking play. The Sharks were unstoppable in this game, with ET and brilliant fullback David Peachey carving up the Bears.

Bulldogs v Parramatta, round eight, 2005
It was fitting that Hazem El Masri became the highest points scorer in the history of premiership rugby league during his final season. The fairytale finish of a grand final win to end his gliterring career didn't eventuate, but his many records will live on for years to come. He was more than just a goal-kicking machine, however, and his hat-trick in this clash against the Eels was a fine example of that.

I remember that one. Awesome game, but it's the one where Russ Richardson does his knee and that is pretty much him for the season.

The North Sydney vs Sharks game, Rd 24, 1999 was the first time in the Sharks history that a first grade side had scored 50 points in a premiership match
