You lot out Bondi way must be so relieved.... 8)
Absolutely! He was te Bulldogs best player in last years GF!
........and he just edged out Luke Priddis as Penrith's best player in the 2003 GF IMO!
But without him the Roosters wouldn't have been in that grand final -- and that's what people forget.
And you're still a bloody tool that can go and choke on a Stetson Renowned League Fraud.

No, hang on. The conversation(s) were about average home crowd figures. It was said repeatedly that the Roosters crowds were poor and that they had "no fans". What I pointed out was that, in fact, Penrith had the lowest average home crowd of any club still left in the NRL. I didn't use, say, the last five years, because then people would say, well, Roosters crowds are up only because the team has been winning. So what I did was use the average crowd figure since figures were first recorded in 1957, all the way up the present. What this revealed was that Penrith had the lowest average of any club. Nothing wrong with that; it's just the way it is. Someone has to come last.
Sorry about the confusion!

No you hang on for a minute there Renowned League Fraud, and take a look at what you posted here recently.......

You were claiming that the Panthers are the most poorly supported team in the NRL . Present tense. You were trying to state a false fact. Try telling 17/18000+ at Penrith home games that their team is poorly supported.
And why do you feel the need to have to back to 1967 figures to try and back your false claim? Did you even consider that Penrith was only a young area that had only begun to grow in population over the last 30 - 40 years. Why don't you go and look up a comparison of population between Penrith and the eastern suburbs from 1967 onwards?
Renowned League Expert said:For the very reason that I have outlined several. I mean, it's getting embarrassing that I have to keep repeating these things. Once more: I used a large sample of crowds because if I'd used, say, this years crowds, or even crowd figures from the last five years, you (and others) would have immediately said that Roosters crowds are up only because they have been successful in that time period. So to counter that argument, I used a large sample. There is no other way. You either use current figures, recent figures or all figures.
Yes, 17,000-18000 over the last few years. But if I were to use that figure for the *Roosters* over the last few years, you'd reject it instantly as being not indicative of overall support -- which indeed it isn't. Same applies to Penrith.
But you can't have it both ways, kids.
It isn't a "false claim". Penrith *does* have the lowest average home crowd in that time period. To say that "Penrith is the most poorly supported team in the NRL" does not imply present tense at all. I didn't specify the tense. Since I've specified it ad nauseum in the past, I didn't feel it was necessary to then go ahead and specify it one more time.
Now run along ... surely you must have some homework to do?
