I thought Rodney was a good selection, he's been playing well off the bench for Penrith.

As for Grothe well he made a few crucial mistakes in the Parra/Cowboys last night, thats probably the reason they didnt pick him. However I agree he has been in good form and shouldve had selection. El Masri was picked for his goal kicking.

Perhaps my black and gold hat is making me think this but I'd prefer Skandalis in front of Stevens in the starting side, although Skandalis was on the bench in 2002 and was THE best front rower, but wasn't picked for NSW of course.

I don't think much of El Masri as a winger (he can kick though, but thats about it) so Grothe Jnr can feel very hardly done by.
