Heard rumblings that Trey Mooney from the Raiders could be available. Maybe him
Never seen Mooney play, 3 appearances in first grade.. 32 in Cup.. contracted for 2024, his details are:

Position: Lock

Not a bad call Justa. He’s a big unit and bends the line. Interesting how Flanno said he’s looking for 2 outside backs, he’s either thinking along the same lines or he might be one of the players getting moved on. Time will tell.
yep agree Phantom V, last week when he was just running the ball up and nothing else, he was running hard, I dont think he has the speed to run down most centre's, but he has the size to break the line, and I'm sure Flanno can work his attitude or get rid of him.

Meanwhile, the Dragons have announced some positive news on the signings front.

“From a retention and development perspective there has been some positive activity in recent weeks including: Mikaele Ravalawa extending his contract until the end of 2026; Jack de Belin taking up his player option for 2024; The club taking up the option for Michael Molo in 2024; and Young players Finau Latu (St George), Dylan Egan (Illawarra) and Hamish Stewart (Illawarra) all signing contract extensions which will see them join our NRL Top 30 in future years,” the Dragons said in a statement.

We wont get Holmes, his wife comes from Townsville & is happy to be back with the family. End of story unfortunately as he is a very talented footballer & still only 27.
If it was Mary or Griffin as coach you may be right however, Holmes and Flannagan did get on well and he would be up for a pay rise playing fullback; his preferred position. I agree it is a difficult signing however, let's see what Flannagan can do.

Justa I agree, just not at the Dragons…..LOL
Too lazy and needs a major attitude shift. Any wonder Des let him go.
Our left edge has been a real weak link in defense. It used to be our right when Aitken was right centre. I'm afraid now Suli is the big problem on the left. This problem could be solved with Matt Feagai moving to left center and Suli moving to the left edge forward position. Maybe Sloan or Lobb to left wing.

There needs to be an investigation by the NRL, this is salary cap rorting @ the highest level.
The dogs should lose all there competition points and get the spoon.
As they mentioned though.. this is only known because Arthur was silly enough to talk to a journalist.. how many other scams do you think the clubs have used to get signings?

This is why we got left behind years ago.. we're playing by the rules.. and we are basically the last one left doing so.

Just hope Flanno doesn’t bring him to SGI

Dragons young gun Jayden Sullivan will reportedly join the Bulldogs for the 2024 season and beyond despite being contracted until the end of 2025.

The 21-year-old signed a contract extension in 2021, committing his future to the Red V club.

However, following the 2022 season Sullivan reportedly requested an immediate release from his contract before he changed his mind to stay at the Dragons.

The young halfback was reportedly left disgruntled after halfback Ben Hunt re-signed but has featured 12 times this season before suffering a hamstring injury in Round 19.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Sullivan will join the Bulldogs next season with Kyle Flanagan joining his dad at the Red V club.

That is despite the signing of Titans young gun Toby Sexton in an immediate switch and paying a $500,000 fee to acquire Broncos prodigy Karl Oloapu.

At last, some confirmed player signings. Good on Rav 4 and JDB for sticking with the club, both would have had interest from other clubs.

Can't wait to see what Flanno can do with Mike Molo, makes quick meters in the middle.
