  • The cases:
Ricky Stuart
For:

Against:

  • Have only scored ONE more point than last year so far.

Brad Fittler
For:

  • Improved their points differential by 220 points
  • Taken then from non-finalists to top four
Against:

  • IN a slump
  • Did nothing not expected of him with all that talent
Brian Smith
For:

  • Improved their points differential by 342 points
  • Taken them from second last to finals (almost)
Against:

  • Only three more wins so far than in 07
Neil Henry
For

  • Points differential improvement of 225 points on 07
  • Taken spoon favorites to an ace of the top 4
Against:

  • Knifed the club off field.
  • ONly jagged three more wins
Nathan Brown
For

  • Points differential increase by 217
  • Overcame major drama at club, including his demise as head coach
Against:

  • Still should be higher with his squad
Craig Bellamy
For:

  • Probable minor premiers
  • Still a force despite GF win
  • Best points differential in comp.
Against:

  • Lost 5 more games so far
  • Scored 86 less points

My pick is Stuart but I think it may be decided by who takes out the minor premiership.

Nathan Brown

  • Points differential increase by 217
  • Overcame major drama at club, including his demise as head coach
Against:

  • Still should be higher with his squad

How high *should* the Dragons be? We aren't playing with the same side we were two or three years ago when you might have had a point. IMO we have grossly overachieved this year. Most experts were tipping us to miss the eight.

thats an amazing stat that the sharks have 14 more competition points this year but have only scored 1 more point.....

Is this poll about who WILL win? Or who SHOULD win? I'll only vote on the latter as I believe the former is pointless, so if you could clear that up Loudstrat it would be great.

Ricky Stuart - Look at the cattle of the Storm, Rooster, Eagles...Now look at the Sharks. How he has managed to get that team into the top 4 is beyond me...

Mind you he's also done all this with a completely new team after the massive player cleanout last year. The fact that he's got a team with so many mass changes to gel so quickly that they've just knocked off the best team for the past 3 years and are on the verge of making the playoffs is brilliant within itself.

Read the title of the thread. Then all will be revealed.

Signing Danny Wicks should equal instant disqualification.
True that
The kid has the potential to be anything, but is just so f**king fat it's not funny. I also cannot believe that he stayed at home on Saturday night as he had a cold...

I hope Smith fires a massive rocket up his arse during the off-season

Probably Ricky Stuart.

Although Sharks arent the prettiest team to watch he has gotten them to the top.

For coach that gets their team up and playing good to watch footy, id give it to Brian Smith or Neil Henry.
