Do you have an espresso machine at home cliffhanger ? Also don't you live in the inner west. There are gazillions of world class places to get coffee. Coffee alchemy on Addison rd marrickville, Campos on missenden rd Newtown or double roasters on Victoria rd marrickville.

Can't drink instant

I think instant coffee cops a worse rap than it deserves. It's not good by any means but if it's around it takes about 30 seconds to make and tastes fine.

Obviously prefer decent coffee (swell ftw) but it's completely drinkable.

1 to 1 juice is as bad as straight coke, sugar and calorie wise. I don't drink juice either, crazy indigestion from it.

Fruit juice is mostly sugar. When you juice a fruit it loses most of its fibre. Too much sugar is poisonous to your liver. It's better to eat a piece off fruit than drink juice.

I am not sure who scared you stupid of caffeine but for your normal populations it has positive effects.

I'm with cliffy, juice is empty calories that doesn't really have any benefits compared to eating the actual fruit.

Human taste requires equal amounts of bitter to sweet. Which is why if you starve your body of sugar, it will at some point crave it during the day.
