Hindmarsh not rated anymore?

I wouldn't count Hindmarsh in the top 10 second rowers anymore. Maybe 11th. He's not the player he used to be.He still is a tackling machine but his offence is non existence. Kind of like the Alan Tongue situation but Hindy can still make the team on skill unlike Tongue.

Pretty harsh I think, talent and age wise I'd have Sam Thaiday [cringe], Feleti Mateo, Anthony Watmough, Ben Creagh and maybe David Taylor in front of him.

Hindy averages the 5th most Hit-Ups, 10th most Metres Gained and of course averaging the most Tackles for a Second Rower. Still doesn't crack the line nor break it but still does his job.

He is definitely leading by example as the captain of the Eels and at 32 still matching it with the younger brigade. He has been the best Parramatta forward all season followed by Fuifui Moimoi, Tim Mannah and Reni Maitua.

This season he has been super consistent, especially over the past 10 or so games. I'd actually consider having him in the NRL Team of the Year along with Sam Thaiday [cringe], Feleti Mateo and Anthony Watmough a close second.

Still a little bit harsh I think.

Your forward pack is still awful.
Maybe we should merge.

You should try watching the Eels play. our pack is fine - the backline is one of the worst in the history of the game (oh wait - we played 4 forwards in the backs again vs souths)

Luke Lewis and Glenn Stewart are also ahead of Hindy.
I'd put Hindy somewhere in the next group with guys like Beau Scott, Shaun Fensom and Dallas Johnson.

Unless we're excluding them as locks, they're basically second rowers.

I personally wasn't counting Locks [Lewis, Stewart, Fensom and Johnson].

Gregor has been awesome [and probably my favourite player]. I still can't bring myself to class him as a Second Rower. He is a Lock everyday of the week.

I watched painfully on Monday night as Nathan Hindmarsh jersey grabbed at Sutton before he put Merrit away.
And I watch your forwards get dominated by a weakened 50uff$ pack.
Your forward pack is far from being fine, neither is ours, but don't over rate your.

Parra's back row is average, needs more mongrel.

So you are basing your claim off one game where we lost by 50 points?

Interesting signing with them, the only spot free would be fullback. Zillman is going well in the centre too so that adds to the congestion.

Well if Scott Prince is really going I could see Zilman going into the fullback roll with Rankin Henry/that Bulldog player in the halfs
