We did the same with the likes of RTS, Tupou, Napa, Guerra and Cordner. That window will shut next year. But the hope is that the likes of Hastings and Mitchell quickly develop and give us another 2-3 year window from 2017 onwards.
Such is the salary cap era where scab clubs come over the top with huge offers for the successful clubs best players. It's the only way to maintain success... continually develop talented youngsters to replace the established players that go elsewhere.
