Why it's got all the same gear in it. :p

Hey the Dogs most likely would of won the match either way but I thought those calls just put a damper on the match.

lol I always think of the worse going against you dogs and everytime I'm right. We lose Lockyer. ;-)

PS Don't blame other Broncos supporters, I was the only one complaining, everyone else took it nicely on the chin.

Brisbane supporters - Typical whingers

Fair go mate! Pete's having a whinge but what about the other half dozen of us who have posted in this thread congratulating YOUR team?? WE all acknowledged that the better team won, so don't tar us all with the same brush.

Those 3 tries gave u momentum.

And those last 3 tries was when the match was over.

Yeah and Brisbane scored two tries when Patten was in the Bin! The TACKLE WASN"T COMPLETE! A Disgrace of a decision by the Queenslander Mander!

Good game but the bettter team won and won fair!

What bad calls?

Frigging El Masiri is an actor.

We'll just wait 'n see what happens to The Raging Bullsh*t artist at the tribunal then, eh?...

Steven Price milked a penelty.
NOOOO!!! A First grade footballer milking a penalty?? BURN HIM!!!!!

Anasta knocked on.
And The Broncos threw SEVERAL forward passes that were not picked up by Mander! So if Anasta DID knock on...once - then let's call that even eh!? ;)

All 3 of those gave you guys possesion in our half and led to tries. Patten pushed Berrigan which interupted the play the ball from memory when we could've easily had scored. It was a bit soft when compared to the SoO game 3 offence with Mini but still it was a foul.
The decision to bin Patten was utterly, completely and thoroughly RIDICULOUS!!!...I am SURE I don't have to go into the reasons why that was not a binnable offence - and if I DID have to explain it to you - then you would be a lost cause, and unable to grasp the concept anyway!!....All I know is you scored 2/3 of your points in the 10 minutes he was gone - and could only managae a measly 6 in the other 70 minutes!!

We dominated the first half, and you were only level - as I say, due to the unjust absence of the General...We held the ascendancy from the second he came back onto the park - we had you covered from every angle at every moment...even if Hunt HAD reeled in that chip and you made it 30-24...we'd have still found more in the tank - and beaten you....You could just TELL! That's no disgrace to the BRoncos though - because NO current NRL team would have beaten us on Sunday...:D

It was our day. Not yours. We were on fire. Not you.

Just remember that!! ;)

God you guys never listen to my other posts do you.

Patten interupted what was a certain try SIN BIN.

Price threw the ball when there was no strip.

Play would of continued if Hazem would of gotten up instead he milked a penelty.

Only forward pass I remember seeing was Scott Minto's but then again I didn't have the luxary of seeing it on TV.

In the end yes the dogs win congrats to you and hope the best for weeks to come, until the finals of course. :p ;-)

I try not to get in stoushes over refereeing decisions, but all of the commentators disagreed with that decision. So did I. Patten fell off, and had every reason to believe that he needed to complete the tackle. The call should have been play-on when Patten fell off him the first time.

Watch the replay, and watch where Gordon Tallis' hand is. He hits the ball out from behind, if I'm thinking of the same incident as you.

There's no reason to suspect that getting your head slammed into the ground wouldn't hurt and stun. It was a head slam, and Tallis has been charged.

TV showed a different picture to more than one of your beliefs.

Thankyou. Good luck to the Broncos. Hope the injuries don't last too long.

Yeah. Mander may have erred in our favour once or twice on Sunday - But at fulltime when all was weighed up - he most certainly did us NO favours overall!!!

And having actually thought again about the incident now anyway - WHAT did Haz do ion your eyes??...He got slammed, got up slowly - as he was entitled to do, given his melon had just been slammed HARD into the Suncorp Stadium sand - and LAUGHED at tallis - whilst saying something to him - and got up!....What else precisely did u want him to do?? :?

It was a penalty. Which was awarded. No head slam = No penalty. Simple. Full stop....I dont see any further room for debate on this one!?!? :?

Well from where I was viewing it looked like an all right tackle, then again I didn't view the replay and Hazem took an eternity to get up.

Why would Patten tackle the guy when he was playing the ball?

But yeah anyways who cares it has been a few days and we lost.

He clearly got hit around the mouth area and had his head slammed onto the ground with force! tallis is going to get two weeks!!! So maybe you need some glasses! :)

It would be a pretty p*ss poor thing to be suspended over, agreed...but with tallis' judiciary record, he wants top tread very carefully in thinking about challenging this one!...It was not the nastiest thing youll ever see - not by a LONG shot...but the bottom line is: Major or minor - It was clearly still a head-slam.
