This could explain some of the bunker decisions over the years . It was the monkeys !

Uncertainty in India as monkeys steal COVID blood samples

Lucknow, India: A troop of monkeys in India has attacked a medical official and snatched away blood samples of patients who had tested positive for coronavirus.

The attack occurred this week when a laboratory technician was walking in the campus of a state-run medical college in Meerut, 460 kilometres north of Lucknow, capital of Uttar Pradesh state.

"Monkeys grabbed and fled with the blood samples of four COVID-19 patients who are undergoing treatment ... we had to take their blood samples again," said Dr SK Garg, a top official at the college.

Authorities said they were not clear if the monkeys had spilt the blood samples, but people living near the leafy campus feared further spread of the virus if the monkeys carried the samples into residential areas

Perth viewers up 400 per cent for live NRL
Our thirst to watch live televised sport again was highlighted on Thursday night when the NRL returned to competition. The Brisbane-Parramatta fixture was the highest-rating regular season game nationally since the NRL's season-opener in 2016.

Even TV viewers in AFL-hungry Perth relished the return of free live sport, even if it was NRL, with the audience on Thursday night up more than 400 per cent on 2020's season opener.

TOP 5 REGULAR SEASON NRL GAMES SINCE 2016 (national metro):

    1. 674,000 – Eels v Broncos – Thursday Night NRL on 03/03/2016
    2. 619,000 – Broncos v Eels – Thursday Night NRL on 28/05/2020
    3. 579,000 – Broncos v Cowboys – Friday Night NRL on 25/03/2016
    4. 554,000 – Storm v Broncos – Thursday Night NRL on 16/03/2017
    5. 554,000 – Storm v Broncos – Friday Night NRL on 26/08/2016

    PERTH NRL TV AUDIENCES:

Took one game of footy under Big Pete's changes to put the hook back into the fans. People are loving the changes. Element of unpredictability, less structure, great to watch.

Product has been dog shit for quite a while. Absolute tripe. Boring.

True fans have whinged about it for years. People had stopped watching. Fans did not tune in.

That has now been proven... and fixed in quick time by a legendary LEADER.

Thank f**k for Big Pete V.

Now razor the excess from HQ.

He’s done a lot of great things, but his appalling treatment of the Raiders renders most of that null and void.

    f**k that motherf**ker.

You can almost guarantee that he will have a frothing at the mouth column in tomorrow's Stale Moaning Harold whingeing about how rugby league is callously trying to bring on a second wave of Covid-19. Poor Pirate Pete, he needs to learn to love Rugba League for his own sanity.

If not tomorrow, it will certainly be on Sports Sunday.
I'm looking forward to watching his pain.

As I see it, step 1 was getting the game back. Step 2 is some fans can attend. Steps 3 and 4 would be more and more fans get to come in. I imagine steps 3 and 4 would be a month or two away. A positive and important step towards normality

The Storm-Rabbitohs game last night was terrible and we've had 2 teams flogged to nil so far this round... I'm not against the rule changes but lets wait a few weeks before we make a judgement.
