Meli's arms ARE up contesting the football. What else does he have to do? Yell out MARRRRRKKK like you have to in rah-rah. It was a dodgy, dodgy decision, one look it took him to make the wrong call, when it took 47 looks to FINALLY come up with a blatantly clear cut try to Sweeney.
