I saw an article somewhere about this which I stopped reading after it called Slats "a legend of the game".
Slater was always a knob, he could of been a legend if he wasn't such a f**ktard. Once he lost Tubby babying him he was never the same player.

Just had a look at the players with the most scores in the 90's. S.Waugh, Dravid and Tendulkar were out in the 90's 10 times. Slater is just behind them with 9.

Just for interests sake a very cursory look at the list of Test 99s has only Katich, Athers and Blewett with more than one

Who gives a shit how much Watto's clothes cost. He's made good money over a long career.

Good to know whose side the paper is on though.

It isn't a great look. Ironically he would have been better off in an expensive suit than rocking up looking like an extra in a pitbull video

Is pitbull still a thing ?

Anyway it's not the cost of the clothes but how he looks Imo

Who gives a f**k what he's wearing ffs?

CA must be thanking their lucky stars they can rely on a generation of vapid tabloid fans to eat up shit like that, honestly.

I don't care about how much his clothes cost.

But no man should ever wear a scarf with the following exceptions:

He's a world war I flying ace.
He's the Invisible man.
He's Douglas Jardine (technically that was a kerchief).
