News flash.....nrl does not receive big grants from the government. Tv rights / sponsorships and merchandising make the vast majority of the nrl's income.
Government provides grants to the individual clubs to help with ground/ facility improvements (usually in marginal seats pre-election time)
Well known fact that Flanno and others chipped in and had a "fighting fund" to build the gym (hpu) when the club couldn't afford to contribute.
Also old news re disgruntled e-group security whose services were terminated prior to this season.
While the sharks are a confirmed basket case operations wise there is nothing new in any of this. I'm afraid kmav has become obsessed with death-riding the sharks to the point where he continues to make a fool of himself.

There is no proof that he was even employed by the club. His tenure was always in a "consultative" capacity. The Sharks rely on a network of volunteers to stay afloat. Current and former chairmen and board members don't receive a brass razoo for their services, all the way down the chain to junior coaches, gear stewards, bus drivers and dodgy supplement pushers.
