Yeah well i wouldnt slit my wrists over missing out on beau.

Agreed, I found it very hard to get excited over the prospect of signing him. Likewise Best.
I'm hoping Mills can have an injury-free year

it was mills carch
gone for the season.

supposedly he came back from an injury to his other leg, played the first 10 mins and was gone again.

so i don't think it was a reoccurring injury.

not sure about any other details, but expected to be back next year.

Yeah I saw it happen.
He was having a blinder until then.

bloody quick for a big fella....if he can get back (the same) he will get a spot I'd imagine.

did you see the player he chased down?

un-freaking believable.

he looks quicker than gardner and gordon.

and from what i remember, he was rotating from centre to wing in that game.

I remember Sticky said Mills was in the NRL squad for 2011.. Should be interesting to see how he goes

Also I am disappointed we missed Tighe. I really was keen on him on the sting for us

He played for Yarrawarrah in my son's age group (along with Chad Townsend, Toyota Cup HB). He used to play FB and scored heaps of tries. He was very quick, but I dont think as quick as Gordon (IMO). It was a new injury. Hopefully he will come back. Until joining the Sharks, he was never injured. He is strong and has grown. Maybe the Sharks think he is too big for a FB. But that is where he played as a junior , including SG Ball.

He is in the top 25 for next year has been doing physio gym work and working for a landscaping company as a labourer this year. Completely not playing football for the sharks until June where he started going back to training. He is running now and stepping etc but not going to play any contact football until next year. He is confident he will be back and as for his pace he just last week broke his pb for the 100m and yeah it's quick.
