Worst Wests Tigers crowd at Leichardt since 2004 when they brought in 5648 against Melbourne. Overall sixth worst crowd they have drawn at the ground.

Lowest NRL crowd since Round 22 2011 when only 6313 saw Cronulla take on the Titans.

Tonight's total is 18469. It is only the 4th worst Friday night double header. Here are the others under 20k.

In Round 20 2007 there was a NSW team and an ACT team with 8240 + 8824 = 17064.
In Round 21 2008 there was a NSW team and a Victorian team with 7862 + 9400 = 17262.
In Round 14 2007 there were two NSW teams with 10121 + 7341 = 17462.

Watching on nine now and the rain is diabolical at leicharddt. Petty much the perfect recipe for a poor crowd. Both teams in crap form, out of town team, dilapidated ground, ,traffic issues all day, cold and heavy rain.

What genius would put two games in Sydney on a Friday night for starters? And it's not the first time it has happened this year.

Also, was part of the 7000 odd at leichhardt tonight in some of the worst conditions I've ever seen at leichhardt. Loved every minute of it, but can't blame anyone for staying home and watching it on tele. On a sunny Sunday, regardless of how the tigers are playing this game gets 18000 just as they have drawn for the last decade as one of the best drawing teams in Sydney.

Diabolical crowd at ANZ Stadium v. 2.0 tonight.

Of course, once you take the number of times "per capita" is thrown around here ad nauseam and multiply it by the number of NSWRL teams that have existed since 1908 to the power of the number of people that live within two streets of the Bulldogs Leagues Club then it turns out that this is the equivalent of a Suncorp crowd of eleventy million, and any crowd the Broncos pull in beneath that total is a disgrace, damn it!

So all in all, top crowd tonight Bulldogs. Well done!
