Rugby League is dying
In terms of revenue, TV audience, memberships and Jnr participation yes the game is growing at a very nice rate. In regards to crowds It's basically on par with previous seasons. Although I believe we will see an overall boost given the potential of some of the more well supported clubs making the finals. So yes, the game is growing quiet comfortably even without the Pirates in the comp...Would you say it is growing? genuine question.
Great crowd considering all origin players missing
Joke it was played this round
Imagine round 20 tigers v rabbits Friday night then eels v dogs Sunday
40k Friday night. 55k Sunday
Has a Tigers Rabbits fixture ever gotten 40k though?
