If Humble was allowed the level of control he has in the BRET structure I would want him in the NRL team in a heartbeat. Kicked really well to boot.

Chisolm & Simona should be tried at fullback in the NRL. Both are fearless, have great acceleration and real football minds
We all all can see this, but for one simple fool this would kick start our season.

As we all know, I have massive wraps on Chisholm. Has anyone seen his progress in NSW Cup? His biggest asset is his biggest liability at the momen and that's his utility value.

He appears to be a natural 6, but he's good enough to play anywhere in the backline and at 9 at a pinch (he'd be better than Fulton in attack, but not as good in defence)

He has good potential and utility but he wont get a shot will he? His name hasnt even been mentioned as in the TIm Sheens mix as far as I know. Sure to sign elsewhere for next year.

Based on that appraisal we're odds on to let him go and sign Dean Young...

Chisolm is the closest we may ever see to the perfect blend of Hodgo and Slater.

That is how highly I rate him as a fullback.

It comes down to our decision at half. If we stick with Humble I feel Chisolm is the perfect fit with a dominant call, great goot and extra pivot option.

If we were to go with Miller or Moltzen my pick would be Simona because of the fearless and aggresive way he hits the line through the ruck from offloads

There are some whispers that Sironen will play FG on Friday night.
while great to hear, I fear it will turn out bad for him.

Either he'll;
*Play at 6 and Marshall at 7 and while Sironen might play well, we'll lose because Benji is shit at 7. Sironen will be the scapegoat and will be dumped.
*Play somewhere else, completely out of position and play below his usual best and get dropped.
*Start in his natural position and the get positionally reshuffled 37 times and get dropped.

We've seen it before with good lower grade players. Sheens sometimes just wants to ruin a play so that he can say "See, I told you he wasn't good enough"

We all remember the disgraceful way he treated Lazarus in first grade. Lazarus was never going to be a star, but had the potential to have a reliable enough kicking game to take pressure off Benji and Farah big time.

And we are seeing it now with Humble.

If Teflon f**ks Curtis up, I reckon we'll see Big Sirro going all "footy dad" on Sheens.

With Benji at seven and no Farah it's going to be a hard night to start your FG career. Could beva long night with Benji the only one allowed to drive the car

Sorry MU i meant to let you know earlier in the week about Chisholm. From what i have seen he has been solid without being outstanding. He played 6 last week against Wenti , he was always probing and looking dangerous but didnt actualy bust the line or set up anything extraordinary. I was however impressed with the halfback Shaun Spence, the guy is as tough as nails and showed plenty of skill and ability ( easy step up to 1st grade ) . Also Ava Seumanufagai a prop of the bench looked awesome , a little unfit but i thought equaled the impact of Moors who was also good .
I was meaning to let ppl know the game will be on fox tonight but id say its nearly half over, but ill try record the later replay if there is one and post a copy to anyone who wanted to watch it.

Are we excited?

I see he was named on the bench.

Only saw him once in a schoolboys game.

He was the standout, but to be fair was giant.

Will always be big I suspect, is a siro after all.

Anyways I am excited and would love to see him do dad proud.

Future blue I hope.

His younger brother is also playing for the blues in tonights curtain raiser and also as a 5/8 . Seems the whole siro family have the right blood for footy. Wished they would show earlier game on Fox at least :(
