Scott Seward contacted Todd Greenberg while Greenberg was the CEO of the Bulldogs in order to talk about Third Party Agreements. They talked about how to manage TPA's - "how to do it". Greenberg has admitted this.
Seward was then a central figure in Parra "doing it".
Parra "did it" and now rightly cop the consequences. Other key figures in doing it have been sanctioned by the NRL by way of bans.
Seward has not been banned or condemned in any way.
What does he have on Todd Greenberg?
What did they talk about?

Good it's over, presuming the directors just frick off now. Hopefully the eels learn some governance lessons and put in place a management and board that will see them become one of the games big clubs. They have every advantage; big fanbase, pokie dens, new stadium coming, decent team and coach. Just need a decent leadership now.

Greenberg was in charge of the investigation and was also the judge of the findings of the investigation.
Seward is his friend and a former colleague. They both admit they had a conversation about "how to do" TPA's just prior to Seward implementing the dodgy TPA's at Parramatta.
Seward gave untested evidence about the Parra TPA's to Greenberg and the investigating team he oversaw. Nobody from Parramatta (or anywhere else that was independent of Greenberg and the NRL) was allowed to be there.
Everybody else involved in the dodgy dealings at Parra has been sanctioned by the NRL - the club, the fans have now been punished, but Greenberg has never mention his friend and protege Seward in any of the findings or punishments.
The findings have in a sense cleared Seward like he got some sort of immunity.

Did Para get to keep their Bye points?
Yes. Both byes took place after the side was cleared by the NRL.

Because you say so, doesn't make it true.

Parramatta are likely to appeal on the basis that the head of the NRL investigation Todd Greenberg has a tight relationship with his protege Seward who gave self serving, untested evidence at the request of the NRL and investigator/judge Greenberg and who has been immune from sanctions for some as yet unexplained reason. When do we get that explanation?
What is the reason? Does Seward have something on Greenberg? What was the conversation they had about TPA's before Seward implemented dodgy TPA's? Greenberg has confessed to having had such a conversation.

LOL still going for this angle. You're banging on about this like no one else is aware of their previous relationship.

Greenberg would have told him that to be a successful club its preferable for many players to have TPA's. I'd be pretty sure that he wouldnt have told him to go and create fake companies to funnel payments to players.

What action do you think should be taken against Seward ? I asked you this previously but you conveniently ignored the question. He no longer works in the NRL so has no registration to take away, so what do you expect the NRL can do ?

Greenberg is always going on about the Parramatta 5 admitting their guilty, needing to own up to it but at the same time clearly intends for his protege in TPA's Seward to walk away like a cleanskin. What does Seward have on his mentor Greenberg?
I want Parra to appeal, not to the NRL but the highest sport appeal jurisdiction there is. I don't care about the points or the season, it is gone. I just want to know everything. Not just what Greenberg has feed to the Telegraph.

I am just ignoring you generally Snappy.

From what I can see from your stupid blurry photo you are a Broncos fan. Mate, if thats the case your club is the reason other clubs even consider cheating. I don't know any level headed league fan that doesn't know to a certainty that the Bronco's are cheating the salary cap and have done for years.

In terms of what Greenberg should do with Seward. Umm, I don't know, mention him, list him amongst the five, sanction him. He needs to be mentioned and banned.

Why doesn't he??
