I'd go with the suggestions made earlier about playing the Anastabater at Lock, move Gallen to the 2nd row p!ss Bird off and leave Dykes at #6.

Don't want to see Hilder go, but if he gets offered ridiculous SL-style money at his age then I'm inclined to say that he should take it and set himself up for life.
