Dropped as far as we heard. Maybe Melbourne might do the old mid season transfer and take him off our hands now that O'Neils out with broken ankle. I can't see him getting back in our top 17 after tonight's effort.

Good idea if that can happen

I'm glad Cappy dropped him as he was talking him up earlier even after the Dragons game.

He was dropped to 18th man, saw in the sheds he was sweet, then after the game im thinking hopefully we will never see him in first grade again, but with injuries to Fusitua and Manu looks like hell be back with his KPIs

If Manu & Fusitua are out then,

2. Fish
3. Hurrell
4. Henry
5. Ngani

Still no room for the Danger Plodder. Things aren't so grim after all.

Manu I'm hearing will be out, but Fusitua will be back. Apparently a bad case of the cramps. Poor young lady.

Anyhow, Fish and Fusitua to come onto the wing against Canberra. No problems. No Neilsen.

I'm sure Dane's a great clubman and a great bloke, but boy his attack is horrendous and I think we are a mile better with him cutting the oranges.

Why didn't they drop him outright then? Why the theatrics?

This.

I do feel sorry for him a little but he's just not a fit for this team at all.
Having him out made a world of difference to our attack.

Fish on the wing would be second choice for me. I would choose Locke before Fish. The Fish gets completely lost out there and seems far sounder on D when he is at fullback.
Locke/Hurrell/Ngani/Fusitua/Henry to cover those spots. Fish can stay in Reserve Grade for now.

Bit of mind games probably. Have the storm prepare and plan to attack his known frailties then unleash Hurrell. Given Storm are very structured it was a good plan imo.

Fish is our top try scorer for the year from ? games. Got to persevere with him.

Given that it was published that Hurrell was on the plane I don't think it would have come as much of a surprise to Bellamy that Nielsen may be out. Then again it may have thrown a few punters off who were backing the Storm.

Makes sense, I suppose

Yep Hurrell putting it on his instagram account wasn't too covert...lol. But given Neilsen actually geared up on the night it they played it out to the bitter end.

JUst read that the Warriors have Matai down as a centre being pursued, along with other broken down crocks Bronson Goodwin and Kevin Champion.
They will need to build a new nursing home the way things are going at the warriors.

Also looks like Hurrell will be on his way out if this the case reading the story.
Cant blame him.
You know your in trouble when you have to use a second rower to fill your centre spot.
Ben Henry.?
Gee that was painful to watch, luckily the storm had lost their centre at just the right time.

Too much garbage.

Won't even bother.

Warriors have been pursuing a left sided centre all season (tried for Leilua a while back, now it seems Matai is the target). That says nothing about Konrad and everything about Nielsen's future (he is gone). Seems Ngani will have to be content playing backup or waiting in the wings for a couple of years if we manage to land one of them. With no super quality spine players on the market and our backline looking the way it does I'd personally be more focused on picking up one or two topline forwards, but if a genuine star centre comes in on that left side I won't be complaining (much... I really like Laumape).
