is there anyone the club has sacked that hasn't ended up with lawyers involved?

Isn`t it just possible that Daniel Anderson is being stubborn, pig-headed and difficult? When you look at his history and his persona, gee, it`s not that hard to imagine.

How would you react if you were owed $300000, and payment was delayed. Im sure he has a family, mortgage, expenses and a life just like you and I.

Hey, mate; coaches get sacked all the time. This board hasn`t done anything wrong in that regard. They just sacked a coach who didn`t perform up to their expectations, that`s all. Were you happy with the way Parramatta played in 2010?

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Do you not realize, if it werent for the cheating scum, we would of been 09 premiers.

Egotistcal primadonas. Hands up who thinks that the litigation is because Ando wants more than his contract worth ? Now hands up who think that the board are being litigeous with a view of forcing Ando to accepting less simply because they think it's commercially prudent.

Who f**k do these clowns think they are ?

Would we?
You don't even know that for sure.
You seem to know everything else though, so you must be right.

Seriously Maroubra Eel, as easy as you make it sound, its nothing like that.

If contracts were so easy to understand we wouldnt have numerous litigation cases across Australia over a simple thing like the interpretation of a Contract. At my work i see first hand how the most simple line in a contract leads to years of dispute.

I agree with Lingard, we just DONT KNOW what the issue is and we should try not to speculate and immediately blame the Board for something which clearly isn't as simple as we think it is.

Just pay him whatever the maximum amount he is entitled to. We broke the contract, now it's time to honour the payment. It's the only ethical way.

I will work out the payment free of charge, if it's too hard for them.

But Gronk, do you know why lawyers have become involved in this case? Is it in court yet?
There's so much we don't know, I just don't understand why some are jumping to conclusions and making accusations, one way or another.

Exactly, although, you know as well as I do Lingard that EVERYTHING is the Board's fault at the moment. Infantile is a good word in this situation.

Yes. And if Stephen Kearney turns out to be a good coach, will that be the board`s fault as well? Probably not.

And if it weren`t for Melbourne not getting any points this year, we would have finished even further down the ladder in 2010. What`s your point?

There's every chance they are involved with a view to maximizing tax benefits to Anderson; agreeing a mutually beneficial settlement; and recording the terms of the settlement agreement.

More hysterical crap from the usual nuffies.

Yeah, Anderson's a f**kwit.

How dare he expect the club to honour his contract.

He's the one who gave the club an ultimatum - give me an extension or give me the arse.

He got plan B.

And now he's got the f**king nerve to expect all the cash for the final year of contract - the same year he couldn't be bothered working unless he got a contract extension.

I supported Anderson through this year of on-field mediocroity but now I hope they sue him for breach of contract.

That's why Banaghan is disappointed and has passed it onto the lawyers. FMD.

Sure that's what the ultimatum was. Do you know what a contract is?

Can people really be this thick.

That's what the club says... If you're going to believe everything they say then what's the point in even joining in on such an argument.

Actually I don't believe it.

I just think the anti-Anderson side of this debate needs the same frothing idiocy as the anti-board side.

Because so far the only people who are allowed to have an opinion without knowing all the facts are the ones blaming the board for everything.

Look I'll come clean. I am a big supporter of the current board, I even voted them in. But even i can admit they are not doing a good job.
