I think he'd be dynamite behind a decent set of halves - which we're going to have next year. Someone getting him decent ball on the burst. He'd be hard to stop.
We've lacked so much by not having creative halves. In saying that Fien gave 110% in every game he played in and Quinlan played above his weight.
It was hard for any one player to shine in 2013 - although Flo and BMoz did which only proved what great players they are.

You are spot on possm.It's because he doesn't want to put his body on the line,even in defence.Another T-Rex,runs from a standing start blunting any advantage he would have.
But in saying that he did improve 2nd half of the season and his attitude was better,but he isn't a regular 1st grader .

Vidot has indeed moved on to Brisbane. Not surprised, I'm under the impression along with many others that he had behavioural problems. All those times being left out of the squad for no apparent reason.

This is all good news. Outside of Barba, who could easily end up being a train wreck anyway, they're buying as much rubbish as we are. They'll do us at Lang park, but we should win the home leg. That's 2 points up on this year for a start.

The St George Illawarra Dragons have released Daniel Vidot from the remaining year of his contract enabling him to return home to Queensland.
Vidot has signed a two-year with the Brisbane and will join the Broncos after the World Cup series.
“Daniel was expressing a desire to return to Brisbane where his family is located and he has been able to secure a contract with the Broncos for an additional season,” said Dragons CEO Peter Doust.
“Daniel goes with our best wishes and we thank him for his contributions to our Club.
“Daniel’s departure frees up some money in our salary cap and we are yet to complete our roster for 2014,” added Doust.
Vidot played 37 games and scored 16 tries in his two seasons with the Dragons.

Who are we chasing to complete the roster? It would nice if it was Matulino or someone of the same fabric.
