Honestly ... What dribble. Give yourself an upper cut... And then a jab for good measure. Boyd has done us proud and contributed greatly to bringing us a premiership. I think a thank you is more in order. If you wish to boo players who have achieved history then you're a goose.

There's probably a couple other players that I could say this for Soward comes to mind, but I believe that no Boyd in 2010, no premiership ring he was that good. We should thank him but if he doesn't want to play with us and head home then we'll find others who would love to play for the Mighty Red V, the best rugby league club in the history of the game.

Just remember in the Prelim Final against the Tigers he threw the ball over the dead ball line with seconds to spare in which was a try-saver to get our elusive long waited grand final berth. Before you start ditching him out...That saved us the game, removed Choker tag and gave us the grand final with the premiership.

Boyd has done a world of good for us and while he was in the Red V he was passionate it but he's human too and like him he deserves to see his family.

So before you bag him out. Remember the world of good he has done for us at the Dragons and what he is doing for us now.

Bloody oath! Boyd has given us nothing but great service I personally do not want to lose him as he has been one of our best players over the last 3 years, but I will not begrudge him for whatever he chooses to do in the future as you like you said he acheived history with us, thank you Darius!
