I can't say I'm too excited about this season. In fact it's possibly the least excited I've ever been about the signing of an established first grader. The bloke has 60 games under his belt and I've hardly noticed him. We need to do better than this.

not excited about this signing Darren Mapp, lets have a look at a few things in point form.

1. Over 60 games yes over 5 year period avg 12 games a year, that would suggest either injured or a player who goes between first-reserve grade.

2. Signed as a prop, but is also backrower, i wouldnt be calling him a outright Prop.

3. Rogers said started in Broncos win over us true, conssidering half there pack was unalvailbale, i tip wont start next match for Broncs.

4. 2nd time has left the Broncos went to Canberra at that time as one of there key signings he did nothing went back to broncs, and now leaving again.

5. Easy to look good when team leads comp surrounded by soo players, how is he going to go when given responsibility as senior player.

6. My tip Newtown Jets, here is starting prop after about round 7.
