I believe that the club isn't too keen to resign him, but it would be hard to reject if he got paid Premier League money.
Dykes is very close, just trying to confirm Parra will pay the monetary difference as a payout.

So let me get this right in summing up:

*Rieck will be forced to leave
*We will probably be getting Dykes
*Peachey will be resigned for next year

That sounds ok, if Peachey is resigned it does look like one winger will have to go with Covell rocking up, maybe this is why Rieck isnt being offred anything. Bit odd though, he seems to be playing well #-o .

I'd imagine Merritt is a PL player for us, not sure if they are willing to put Rieck there. Dont no why, if he wishes a pay cut and no other club wants him shove him there, give us more depth. Against the KNights Rieck was explosive, to me it seemed he was finally over his injury and played very well.

Not happy about Dykes - he had one good season for us - rest of the time he was nothing special -also if the club is hesitating over Peach because of age/lack of form (or whatever the perceived reason is for the slow re-signing) isn't Dykes of the same vintage??? :?

The only thing Covell has over Stinky is goal kicking and Hilder has that job for mine.

Stiky leaves Covell for dead on pace, and just about everyone else as well, and is starting to play some good footy.

The least the club can do is give peachey a decent final year. His treatment at the hands of club staff this year has been a disgrace. A clubman and servant for the length of time he has been deerves better, but unfortunately the trend at our club seems to be to treat clubmen with contempt.

I also wander why we got Corvell :?. Hes a great kicker but Hilder seems to be going extremely well. Why did they not wait and see if Hilder is consistent, then we would not have to waste money on a kicker who is a avg footballer. Now we must dump a winger from 1st grade, and even maybe in PL. We have enough Wingers already!
