Someone who works in the media (my oldest mate) - is privy to info and access to people the general public is not.

Not sure what the tooth fairy reference is supposed to mean....

The person juggling our books over the last 4 years has done an incredible job in making sure we have playing power to land one the elite halves off contract.

DCE is the top of the list, early days in, but I have been reliably told that our bid will smash most offers that come to him.
We are building a young squad that will be attractive to him.

Full credit to everyone, old board and the new. Old staffer and new. We are in a brilliant position to recruit elite talent for the next 2-3 years.

Would DCE really want to come here?

I recollect there was discussion on here about his counterpart Kieran Foran when he was off contract & someone saying they heard he wouldn't be seen dead in a Sharks jersey.

Does DCE share that view? if so it'll take a lot of $ & coercement to get him to change his mind.
