People calling for a coaching shake up should also include a REALISTIC COACHING IMPROVEMENT SUGGESTION in their post. And please, not untested "coaches" like Josh Hannay. The last few years have shown us a plethora of wonderful assistant coaches who turned out to be absolute failures as Head coaches. Barrett, Price, Stone, Demetriou, O'Brien, Holbrook......

There's nothing out there better...as bad or as good as you think Shane. There's nothing out there. Might as well get AI to make all the decisions and negotiations. It'd be an improvement.

Your assumption that the board have KPIs is flawed. I doubt any of them even watched a game this year.

This is primarily a board with a-number of new faces that will surprise everyone
They are setting some great goals
