Sorry that's a very selfish letter. If Jarryd really wants to stay he will. He shouldn't be made to feel guility for considering leaving the club. If I recieved a letter like that I'd be rather annoyed and more likely to leave. It's a interesting idea, but really I'd cut 75% of that dribble out.

That was really nice and i hope Hayne takes all the points you made into consideration. It's how we all feel as parra fans.

And note to Hayne if you do ever read this forum : i will HATE you if you leave parra ( but please dont leave )

Dear Jarryd,

Rugby League is but a small part of your life when placed into consideration. As much as I and many other Parramatta fans would like to see you be a one team player it is important you do what you feel is best for yourself and your career.

Cheers....

Dear Jarryd

I spoke to God and he told me that you should re-sign with the Eels. Best not piss him off.

Dear Jarryd,

RJ will hunt you down and stalk you if you leave Parra. That is all (the motivation you need to stay).

We all want Jarryd to stay, he's never said he's not wanted to. Rather he just wants to hold off negotiations for the time being. Fair enough.. he's probably sick of the attention... and I think we should live with that. All the best!

Oh and dribble all you like, we all do from time to time, just try to avoid it getting on your clothing ;-)

Dear HaHa,

You don't read these forums so there's no point in me posting this "letter".

HJ

I'm really convinced the only reason you post in threads regarding Jarryd Hayne is because it gets you off seeing people's reactions to 'haha'. Your attitude to Hayne is like Simon Crean's attitude towards John Howard. And without surprise, both are massive failures.

It's got nothing to do with the "intended recipient". It's got to do with the fact that writing a letter to a player on here has nothing to do with the player themself.

If you want to make a point about something, start a topic and let it go from there. If you want to write a letter to a player, write it and send it to the Club where I am sure it will be passed on.

If there are really people here who want HaHa to know how they feel about contractual stuff etc, I seriously recommend writing that letter and sending it to the Club. I'd even advocate everyone banding together to mail in en masse. I think something like that could really make a point.

If a player starts getting dozens of letters sent to the Club it might make them take notice. Posting "letters" on this forum will achieve nothing except getting fans to discuss the matter here, which will in no way affect the decision making of the player who was supposedly the intended recipient of the message.

I'm pretty sure afterall the threads and topics that have been started here, not one (well maybe a couple) have actually achieved anything.

Well, we know that certain people associated with admin at the Club read here and take note.

However, having one of these guys go, "Blah Blah was written on an internet thread" to a player won't really have much of an impact.

If that player has a hundred actual, tangible letters dumped on their lap then it may be a different story.
