Sorry that's a very selfish letter. If Jarryd really wants to stay he will. He shouldn't be made to feel guility for considering leaving the club. If I recieved a letter like that I'd be rather annoyed and more likely to leave. It's a interesting idea, but really I'd cut 75% of that dribble out.

Dear Jarryd
I spoke to God and he told me that you should re-sign with the Eels. Best not piss him off.

Dear Jarryd,
RJ will hunt you down and stalk you if you leave Parra. That is all (the motivation you need to stay).

Dear HaHa,
You don't read these forums so there's no point in me posting this "letter".

It's got nothing to do with the "intended recipient". It's got to do with the fact that writing a letter to a player on here has nothing to do with the player themself.
If you want to make a point about something, start a topic and let it go from there. If you want to write a letter to a player, write it and send it to the Club where I am sure it will be passed on.
If there are really people here who want HaHa to know how they feel about contractual stuff etc, I seriously recommend writing that letter and sending it to the Club. I'd even advocate everyone banding together to mail in en masse. I think something like that could really make a point.
If a player starts getting dozens of letters sent to the Club it might make them take notice. Posting "letters" on this forum will achieve nothing except getting fans to discuss the matter here, which will in no way affect the decision making of the player who was supposedly the intended recipient of the message.
