Andrew “Joey” John’s should never have been made an immortal at such an early time. Yes he was great, but Bradley “Freddy” Fittler should’ve been before him. Along with 20 other players.

Yeah that's his debut - if you ignore the 3 "debut" game's he played in the year before.

One can only lament the dumbing down of society and the proliferation of trolls.

Difference was in those games in 93 he was playing reserve grade before and came off the bench in first grade, quite common back then.

This Souths game was his first starting appearance back then would be classed as his debut game.

Now officially his game was against Gold Coast.
