I can't find a link but this mornings (Sunday) paper reports that Fitzy has instructed big end of town Lawyers Clayton Utz to commence proceedings against News Ltd for various (alleged) defamatory/inaccurate reports over the past month.

Maybe this is a way to get revenue for the club?

Well, if News have a case to answer then they must face up to it.

In no way is it fair for anyone to hack on Fitzy in relation to this matter when we don't even know what it was specifically about and therefore whether he has a case or not.

He has a right to defend himself if he has been wronged.
