Makes sense. I figured either Deangelo Williams or Stewart would end up there.

A three headed monster of Moreno, Stewart and McGahee would be pretty potent.

Then getting Manning Dreesen and Tamme to go along with Decker, Thomas, Willis & others.

Brian Dawkins has announced his retirement from the NFL after 16 seasons. Great warrior but the current rules mean he could no longer hit like he used to.

One of my favourite players.

Might give the Broncos an extra few million in cap space to play with.

So all the pressure is now on Elway. I wonder how much time the Broncos fans withh give Elway to prove he is up to the task?

I think he definitely up to the task. To take a 4-12 to the playoffs in the first year with a new coaching staff and then acquire one of the greatest QB's of all time shows he knows his stuff.

Personally, I think he relishes the pressure and it probably makes him feel like he's back in Cleveland orchestrating "The Drive".
