I'm basically going to make my Destiny decision based on the average hourly download. I play a shit tonne of Diablo 3 and it barely makes a dent (I actually just use my phone as a personal hotspot), but wouldn't be able to handle 3GB in a few hours unless I only wanted internet for six days of the month.

Attempted the Raid with a bunch of level 24s and one 26, couldn't get past the very first part. We had the right idea in doing it, we just didn't have good enough gear to keep the area clear of enemies.

Not possible to use 3GB in a few hours by just playing the game alone online,if you're taking patches/updates and other nonsense into consideration than yes but simply playing the game online its not possible.

Has anyone explored the factions side of it? I've decided to go with the new monarchy, it's prett kewl. Can't wait to get some decent gear. Aside from my legendary pulse rifle my gear is pretty mehh

I am currently level 20. Busting my arse trying to find light gear to be able to level up beyond 20. I have finished the campaign, so is the only thing left now just strike missions and the multiplayer games?

It get's really frustrating when you get a legendary engram, run over to the cryptarch and he gives you a piece of legendary armour for a different class, which means you can't use it.

On level 10, just started on Venus. Loving it so far.

I like the little nod to Tyrion when Ghost objects to being called "little light" (Shae calling Tyrion, little lion in GoT)

I just played my 1st 6 on 6 death match, and I got slaughtered. I got 2 kills and killed 22 times.

The guys I was against were much higher levels than me ( I'm only on 8). Is that why I got owned or am I just shit?

Levels don't mean anything in pvp it's all equalised. I am the same playing against others. I am level 21 and get owned. Just gotta get used to it.

Levels don't mean anything sure, you will have guns with much better stats at higher levels though. Your characters abilities will also come into play. One tip to make life much easier, get into a habit of crouch walking when you see an enemy getting close on your radar, you should at least get them drop on them most of the time.

The PVP is fun, I hate how it seems to love rewarding bad players though. Too many times I've seen people getting ridiculously low K/Ds, and then being giving some of the rarest weapons in the game as a reward.

Yeah I noticed when I got the upper hand on someone and was shooting them first they unloaded a few rounds and killed me pretty fast.

Most people 20+ will be using the Shingen-E or Galahad-E, both of which just melt in seconds.

Yeah I had a crack when I was at level 11 and got absolutely destroyed.

The weapons seem to make a big difference. Nothing I had would put a dent into other players but I'd get blown away with 1 or 2 shots. The only chance I had was when my Golden Gun powered up.
