I read on Phil's site that apparently after the Tigers scored their last try Hayne told the trainer off after he wanted to provide some instructions by pointing to the grandstand with expletives. Hayne was in some type of huddle with Hindy and Roberts at the time. Did anyone see it or is it bullshit? If true SK has obviously lost the respect of his players.

This is coming to a flashpoint if true. I am likely to think it is with the way hayne reacted after the game at the recovery session. I think this kearney situation is going to be the making of hayne & his leadership skills.

It reminds of the 2005 world cup campaign when Mark viduka asked for a private meeting with frank lowy & then went on to tell him that we cannot qualify with frank farina in charge. At the time viduka was not captain. As they say the rest is history frank got the sack & hiddink era was born.

It looks like kearney has lost the dressing room.

What i find strange is even in ando last year when the boys were struggling to score points the still did not come out & blatantly challenge him like is happening now.

Something gives me the feeling that Kearney won't be going anywhere until atleast next year.

I hope I'm wrong.

when brian left the club it was his time to go. He gave a new coach a chance to do something with what was left in the year. He put the club ahead of himself in what i think was a succesful 9 years in charge. The icing on the cake would have been a grandfinal but to all the people who think he was terrible he actually made parra a force during his tenure.

I don't think we're on the same page here, I love Smithy to death and would welcome him back to the club in a pinch but the response was to YY's post regarding the specultion that Hayne could leave the way Lyon did..

i made a statement. Tell me during his last year was there this type of in your face challenge from the players.

sorry, I read that wrong...

I did hear a rumour that both INU and Mateo had a major issue with DA but regardless he was the coach and should of got the respect he deserved...

that is understandable as they were shown the door. No one came out in the media & blatantly thru it in the coaches face. That was my point. In the end kearney is showing that he is a myth. He might be putting great things behind the doors but at the end of the day. This year we are a rabble. Thats all we are concerned about. This was meant to be his coming out party.
I just hope the get 1 up against the scum bulldogs because going to canberra with them needing to win to have 2 wins from 10 matches is absolutely unacceptable no matter how much we are told things are rosy behind closed doors

I just asked a question buddy. I would have checked it myself but I erased the game from the system.

well both players weren't signed with anyone at the time although it didn't look good for them at the time.
