Different collar on jerseys

Not a big deal, really. But I think if you're going to shell out $150+ for a new jersey, you should be able to go in to a retail store and buy a jersey with the authentic collar style.
In this picture, the on field collar style is shown on the left, and as far as I know isn't available in retail stores. The collar on the right is the one that is available in Peter Wynns etc.

you will also find that the players collars are sewn down , are a tailored fit and are a different material

What the players wear and what is sold to the public is different. The fabric and the cut are different. The same as the players wear would retail for $200+

True. This year they sold a "players cut" State of Origin jersey in a different fabric. They were sold in shops for $199.

Also, a few years ago, there was an Eels players issue jersey on ebay. The picture clearly showed the different fabric, it had breathable holes in the fabric.
